Experienced Reach Truck Driver Food-distribution

For the distribution center in Oosterhout (Gld), we are looking for an experienced and motivated reachtruck driver who is ready for a stable job with many hours and opportunities for advancement.
What are you going to do?
As a Reach Truck Driver Food Distribution, you play an important role within Lidl's logistics process. You are responsible for safely moving pallets, replenishing stock locations and processing orders using the pick-by-voice system.
Your activities consist of:
- Moving pallets with the reach truck.
- Replenishing stock locations within different departments.
- Working with the pick-by-voice system.
- Collecting, checking and preparing orders.
- Checking incoming and outgoing goods.
- Ensuring a safe, tidy and organized work environment.
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve daily goals.
You will be deployed in various departments within the distribution center. Flexibility is therefore important.
Cooling Department (4°C)
Within this department, you collect and process refrigerated products using pick-by-voice.
- Working hours: 07:30 – 16:30
- Working days: 5 to 6 days a week, between Monday and Sunday
- Temperature: approx. 4°C
- Work clothing for cold conditions will be provided
Freezing Department (-25°C)
Within this department, you work with frozen products.
- Working hours: 07:30 – 16:30
- Working days: 5 to 6 days a week, between Monday and Sunday
- Temperature: approx. -25°C
- Complete freezer equipment is provided by the client
Fruit & Vegetable Department (Vegetables & Fruit)
Within this department, you work with fresh fruit and vegetable products.
- Evening and weekend shifts
- Work ends when all orders are ready for transport
- Dynamic work environment with high productivity
At the start of your work, you will be assigned a mentor who will guide you during your induction period.
What do we offer you?
21 years and older
- €16.23 gross per hour excluding ADV
- €17.55 gross per hour including ADV
- Up to €23.36 gross per hour including allowances

Who are you?
- Possesses a valid reach truck certificate.
- Has demonstrable experience as a reach truck driver.
- Holds a B driver's license.
- Speaks English at a minimum B1 level.
- Can work independently and accurately.
- Functions well under performance targets and standards.
- Is willing to work in different departments.
- Is flexibly available for 5 to 6 working days per week.
- Values safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Is a true team player and contributes ideas for improvements.
