What are you going to do?
As a Concrete Production Worker, you work with a close-knit team on producing concrete elements, such as large concrete LEGO blocks. You mainly work outdoors and receive daily guidance and instructions from the foreman.
Your tasks consist of:
- ✨Cleaning steel molds.
- ✨Greasing and preparing the molds for production.
- ✨Filling the molds with concrete.
- ✨Monitoring the production process and ensuring a tidy workplace.
- ✨After a curing time of 24 hours, removing the concrete elements from the molds.
- ✨Assisting with moving the products with a forklift.
- ✨Collaborating with colleagues of different nationalities.
You will join an international team with colleagues from, among others, Bulgaria, Poland, Romania, and the Netherlands. Together, you ensure that production runs safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.
Working hours: Full-time, year-round work
- ✨Work environment: Outdoor work in a team under the guidance of a foreman.

- 🎁 Monday to Friday, Saturday very occasionally (at customer request)
- 🎁 salary 14.71; with good performance, salary growth is negotiable in the long term
